Replace the IRS with a sales tax? LOL. This is a billionaire's dream. You know, the guys that hoard money and investments. No income tax, capital gains tax, or estate tax. On the other end of the spectrum, will be the regular folks. No social security tax (OR BENEFITS), and they will be stuck trying to cope with inflation that is across the board and trickles down to the least able-bodied person like elderly and disabled. Home prices weren't high enough before? Now there will be a huge sales tax on them. The ultra rich will be hoarding housing since they no longer will fear income tax, capital gains tax, hobby loss rule, etc. Not even estate taxes. So they will be very glad to pay that one-time sales tax, buying up the rest of the housing (at least enough to drive the prices up all the higher). Thus, depriving families of single-family housing all the more. Also causing the assesed values of housing to go up, thus causing county property taxes to go up for families. All the while the ultra wealthy continue to landbank and cause artificial housing inflation like never before. Does this seem like a good idea? Perhaps this is still another part of Agenda 2030, Agenda/America/Vision 2050, the 15-minute cities/megalopolises, etc. being fast-tracked. After all, Trump's name is on a long list of famous masons that I have seen. If none of this bothers you, you must either be looking to buy up housing as an investment, or you are not able to see how it works. In 1993 Clinton signed a rate increase which meant more taxes taken out of social security checks. These were legislation written by the hour passed by the senate and signed into law by the president. So the only way to reverse this is to create new legislation that over rides the previous ones. Trump knows this and already has the republican house working on it.

If you look at the IRS code there is no code for an income tax. Apparently Congress forgot to make a law after the 16th amendment. However it does say that you must file a return. But it doesn't go through all the complicated rules or anything else. In many cases if you are looking at IRS pamphlets (which are not laws in of them self) they always refer you to laws in the code that fall under other taxes but not the income tax because the income tax doesn't exist in the code this is to confuse you into thinking that the income does exist in the code. But If you look at the title of the section you are referred to it has nothing to do with the income tax. I have done this many times and found they are using codes from other taxes to enforce the income tax. There are many different types of taxes in the code but the income tax doesn't have its own title or section for the income tax. How can they use the law for other taxes to enforce the income tax?

We need to get ride of income tax and returns and have a 7 to 8% Federal Sales/VAT Tax so everybody in the US pay, everyone on everything except Mediacl and Prescrition Drugs. Also, clear off all unpaid tax and spend on what we need. Everyone means illegal, tourist, gamblers, criminals, every one who gets paid under the table. Not just those of us who get reported to IRS. All taxation is bad...evil as is government, itself is necessity that comes with two evils, taxation and the endless need for power and control. The FAIRtax is a solution. The FAIRtax is designed to also get the 16th Amendment repealed (direct taxation of the people). At least the FAIRTax reduces the government power and control of direct taxation. As agreed by economists and CPAs, a sales/consumption tax system is the most efficient, simple, effective and hardest to avoid. A sales tax takes two to cheat...the buyer and seller. The sales tax has no deception, not embedded taxation. With the FAIRtax the seller gives the buyer a sales receipt that shows the amount of tax paid with the transaction. With the FAIRtax the people have the freedom of choice to buy or not to buy. The production of our time, labor and skills would not be punished by directly taxed. Our savings, income and investments would not be taxed. Do you see these good and the truth? Or do you just like to rant.

I think the IRS is now getting replaced by the ERS and they are in the process of transferring all assets (by digitalizing all existing assets) so we can all see the true value of all hard assets. Next they will use a filtering system to move us off the FRN (federal reserve note) and into maybe like the Treasury notes. I think the revised system will be backed by gold (hard assets). So this is why he needs to identify and label all citizens vs. those that are here illegally. So they can properly pay to we the citizen based on all digitized hard assets. So during his first term and through his EO's. He also put a series of actions against the 'deep state'. Based on these EO's; the criminals will have their assets removed as this new ledger system takes place. So all the illegal (unlawful) $$ gotten by drugs, human trafficking. Will be removed from their personal asset ledger and moved to us citizens asset page. So these criminals will not be allowed to keep these assets and they will be placed as part of the wealth fund. Once the bad $$/hard assets are removed (from the criminal) and moved into the citizens wealth fund. The government at some point will then have the asset ledger complete. So they can (at the right transition time) now show what all us citizens will be getting. We will have our own assets based on this new system and at one point we can all spend the new digital assets on what ever we need to clear our own ledger balance.
